

Britt Burns
I began practicing yoga in 2012 for personal fitness but stayed and progressed with my practice due to the mental health benefits. My personal yoga practice had an amazing impact on managing my stress, anxiety and hormonal imbalances; my mission is to share these benefits with my students.
I completed my 200 hour yoga certification with Dana Hot Yoga in February 2018 and I was certified in Yin Yoga in 2020. In 2022, I completed a 300 hour certification with Uplifted Yoga and a Restorative Yoga Training with Judith Hanson Lasater. My classes focus on the breath, holding postures and focusing within yourself. My classes are designed to help students manage stress, anxiety, depression, balance hormones and increase fertility. I strive to make classes accessible for all levels and bodies and believe as long as you make it to your mat and are breathing you are practicing yoga. I look forward to meeting you on your mat!
